What to Expect at Studio 27

We’re so excited to welcome you to Studio 27 Salon. This page answers a few common questions to help your first visit feel relaxed and seamless!

Why do I need to call or text when I arrive?

For the safety of our guests and stylists, our doors remain locked during the day. When you arrive, simply call or text the salon number, we’ll check you in and let you know when to come in.

Should I come with clean hair or dirty hair?

Arrive on time with clean and dry hair unless instructed otherwise.

Can I bring a guest or children?

To maintain a calm and comfortable environment for both you and our stylists, we do allow additional guests or children inside the salon.

What if I’m running late?

We allow a 15 minutes grace period. Arriving late may result in a late fee and may also affect our ability to complete the scheduled service. While we undertand that life happens, we ask that you notify us as soon as possibly if your going to be late.

What is your cancellation policy?

Sometimes cancelling is a must. We understand that life can bring emergencies where your hair suddenly becomes last priority. We always try to be as understanding as possible. However, we do ask that if possible a 24 hour notice is given to your stylist if you need to cancel your appointment. This request is made simply to allow us an opportunity to fill any openings and adjust our schedule to accommodate each of our guests. If this request is not respected, a fee of 50% of your scheduled service price is to be made prior to rescheduling. This fee is to cover our time for your scheduled spot. Our cancellation policy is at the discretion of the individual stylist and/or the salon owner.

What should I expect on my first visit?

Your first visit to Studio 27 begins with a consultation focused on your goals, lifestyle, and hair history. Your stylist will recommend the right services and a plan that support long-term hair health and realistic results. Our goal is for you to feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout your experience.
